Wine Suggestions
As with any food/wine pairing, you should go with whatever you like best and not worry about what the “experts” tell you! But, since I often get asked for my favorites combinations I will share them with you.
European Style, or any lox style/Nova style smoked salmon
Rich, well balanced Pinot Gris (Smoky with hints of spices)
Dry Riesling (Rhine)
Rich, well balanced Chablis
Northwest Style, or any kippered/hot-smoked smoked salmon
